Wakefield Westgate (approximately 2 miles away) is the main North/South Station, which has connections to Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, London and Birmingham. Wakefield Kirkgate (approximately 2 miles away) has connections for local services only from Leeds, Sheffield and Huddersfield.
BY ROAD
From the M1, Junction 39 exit, take the A636 dual carriageway (Denby Dale Road) towards Wakefield. Travel for approximately 1mile along the A636 straight on at two traffic islands; continue till you reach a set of traffic lights. Warning: 30mph zone in operation. As you carry on over the canal bridge Monckton Road Industrial Estate is situated 500yrds on your left. The Skillcentre is located towards the end of the estate on the right hand side.
From Wakefield, take the A636 dual carriageway (Denby Dale Road) towards M1 Motorway. Travel for approximately ½ mile along the A636 till you reach a small roundabout. Warning: 30mph zone in operation Take the second exit and proceed into the middle lane to the traffic lights. Continue going under the railway bridge, Monckton Road Industrial Estate is situated 500yrds on your right. The Skillcentre (Units 41-43) is located towards the end of the estate on the right hand side.
